In addition to living our purpose, Marketing Leader are expected to:
– Analyze and build free traffic channels to boost revenue, including:
– Optimize email marketing campaigns
– Analyze customers’ behavior and purchase frequency to promote email marketing campaigns
– Create email marketing plans to increase customer engagement and inform promotion programs or sales.
– Analyze customer journey and customer touch points to increase revenue
– Find and make a plan to build up other marketing channels to get free traffic (e.g: group, fanpage, blog, etc)
Increase retention rate through:
– Build brand trust
– Suggest sale strategies and promotion programs
– Carry out communication campaigns on websites, emails, etc.
– Do market research and analyze key competitors’ strategies to promote effective marketing campaigns
REQUIREMENT
– At least 2 years experience in Marketing, Branding (experience in E-commerce and the US market is a plus)
– Deep understanding of how to analyze customer behavior and customer touch points
– Skills: Data Analysis, Self-learning, Teamwork, Leadership
– Open for learning and updating new knowledge
– Enthusiastic with E-commerce and Marketing
– Have a preference in strategic planning
– Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking)
